Integrative Practitioner
19 Years of Osteopathic Clinical ExperienceI am an integrative practitioner with 19 years of osteopathic clinical experience. Through nervous system support, movement, breathwork, Reiki and accountability-based guidance, I help people reconnect with calmer, healthier and more sustainable ways of living.
My work bridges the gap between knowing what helps and actually implementing it consistently in real life.

What I Work With
Osteopathy
My approach to osteopathy is not limited to one technique or style. Treatment is adapted to the individual, drawing from structural, visceral and cranial osteopathic approaches depending on what I find through assessment and what is most appropriate for you.
Structural Osteopathy
Movement, joints & soft tissues
A hands-on approach working with the muscles, joints, fascia and wider musculoskeletal system to improve movement, reduce restriction and support more comfortable function.
May include soft-tissue techniques, articulation, mobilisation and other manual approaches.
Visceral Osteopathy
The relationship between the organs & surrounding structures
A gentle manual approach addressing mobility and tension within the abdominal and thoracic tissues, and how these may relate to the diaphragm, spine, pelvis and surrounding musculoskeletal structures.
Cranial Osteopathy
A subtle, gentle approach
A particularly gentle form of osteopathic treatment working with patterns of tension through the head, spine and wider body. It can be useful when a lighter approach is appropriate and can form part of treatment where regulation and reducing overall tension are priorities.
These aren't separate treatments, a combination of all three elements are used within a session, depending on your presentation, preferences and how your body responds.
Get In TouchWorking With the Jaw as Part of the Wider Body
Jaw tension can interact with headaches, neck and shoulder tension, breathing patterns, posture and wider patterns of muscular tension. Treatment considers the jaw in relation to the neck, nervous system and wider body rather than treating it in isolation.
Get In TouchOnline Follow-Up & Rehabilitation Support
For those who don't need an in-person treatment but would benefit from continued support with rehabilitation, movement, recovery or implementing changes between sessions.
Regular check-ins provide structure, practical guidance and continuity while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
Get In TouchOsteopathy for All Stages of Life
I work with people of all ages, adapting assessment and treatment to the individual, their stage of life and what they need.
Babies & Children
Gentle osteopathic treatment adapted for babies and growing bodies.
Parents commonly bring babies to see me for concerns around feeding, unsettledness, head or neck preference, movement asymmetry, or tension following pregnancy and birth.
Adults
From everyday aches and persistent pain to postural, work-related and lifestyle-related tension.
Active & Sporting
Supporting movement, recovery, injury rehabilitation and the physical demands of training and sport.
Older Adults
Helping maintain mobility, comfort, confidence in movement and physical independence.
Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that I offer as a standalone session and, where appropriate, alongside my wider integrative approach.

Where to Start
Integrative Health Consultation
Everything starts with understanding the bigger picture.
A 60-minute consultation where we look at your health more broadly, including your current symptoms and concerns, nervous system, lifestyle, movement, habits, previous injuries and the factors that may be influencing how you feel.
Together, we identify what may be contributing to the problem, where it makes sense to focus first, and the changes likely to have the greatest impact.
Get In TouchStart With a Conversation

A Different Kind of Care
Outside my clinical work, a significant part of my life is devoted to animal welfare. I founded Bali Animal Buddies to provide long-term care and support for rescued and street animals in Bali.
Our sanctuary is home to dogs and cats who, for many different reasons, may never be adopted. We also support animals living on the streets through feeding, veterinary treatment and ongoing care.
We are now building a community of 800 Animal Heroes, people giving a small monthly amount to help make that care sustainable.
Ready to begin?
Whether you're dealing with pain, restriction or something that has been difficult to resolve, we can start by looking at the bigger picture.
